Returns

We offer a 30 days “no quibble” returns policy.


Once you have received your order, you are welcome to return any time for an exchange or a refind.


Please contact us using the live chat feature on our website, so that we can issue you a Returns ID before returning any items to us. The Returns ID is important, as it helps you to quickly identify your parcel to avoid any delays for your refund.


In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the very same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days.


Note: If there are any customs charges on returned products, it is your responsibility as the sender to take care of them.

Order Cancellation

We offer a very easy order cancellation procedure, especially if you can cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped to you.


If you cancel your order WITHIN 24 hours of placement, you will be assessed a 20% order cancellation fee before the credit is issued. If your order is cancelled AFTER 24 hours, but before the order has been shipped, you will be assessed a 40% order cancellation and processing fee before the credit is issued.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

In case you haven’t yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted.


Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In case you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send us your item to: Qayse - 45-3184 Ridgeway Dr. Mississauga ON L5L 5S7 Canada.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send them a refund and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return your item. Shipping vosts are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time that it may take for the exchanged product to reach your way may be varied.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
